Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The product was purchased in the last 30 days
• The product is in its original packaging
• The product isn't used or damaged
• You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us

• Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. UPS Ground shipment is complimentary. 

• Most orders are shipped via United Postal Service (UPS). Please allow seven to ten (7 to 10) business days from shipment to delivery. 

• No orders are processed on Saturday and Sunday

• Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (except holidays)

• Next Day Air Shipments placed and confirmed by 12:00 PM EST are delivered by the next business day, and 2Day Air shipments placed and confirmed by 12:00 PM EST are delivered within 2 business days. If there is a holiday during this time, shipments will be delayed. 

• Orders to Hawaii and Alaska ship via UPS Ground and other expedited methods. Please allow for additional transit time. 

• UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes or Military APO and FPO boxes. Please enter a Street Address for your ship-to address.
